GLD Knitwear Global did not start with a factory. It started with a family, a set of manual knitting machines, and a belief that Peru had the raw materials, the skilled hands, and the textile tradition to produce knitwear at the highest level.
Over more than two decades, that belief was tested and proven — order by order, client by client. The business grew not through shortcuts, but through reinvestment: in better machinery, in technical training, in the people who learned to read a knit structure the way a musician reads a score.
